Adult Counseling

In individual counseling, we will work together in a collaborative relationship to explore feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, challenge barriers that interfere with emotional well-being, identify aspects of life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
